Deprecated features of Gianism v3.0

Gianism v3.0 will be released beginning of November 2016 and it has breaking changes.

• Minimum requirement for PHP is 5.4 and over.
• Add Instagram may-be and finally!
• Use composer for solving dependencies.
• Change Facebook PHP SDK to v5. This may result some fatal error because class Facebook is drastically changed.
• Drop some not-so-popular SNS below. They will be add-on.

In short, your site may be broken if you update Gianism without any consideration.
